We use first-party analytics cookies (Piwik/Matomo), which process aggregate data about your browsing on Dataguardian, with a strictly statistical purpose to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the platform through the following information:

  • IP address (with 2 bytes masked).
  • Location: country, region, city, approximate latitude and longitude (Geolocation).
  • Date and time of the request (site visit).
  • Title of the claim section you are browsing (Page title).
  • URL of the claim section you are browsing (Page URL).
  • URL of the claimdata section you visited before the current one (Referrer URL).
  • Screen resolution of your device.
  • Time according to your time zone.
  • Claim data files you clicked on and downloaded (Download).
  • Links to an external domain you clicked on (Outlink).
  • Page generation time (the time it takes for the different sections of claims data to be generated by the web server and then downloaded by the visitor: page speed).
  • Primary language of the browser being used (Accept-Language header).
  • Browser version, browser plug-ins (PDF, Flash, Java,...).
  • Operating system version, device identifier (User-Agent header).
  • Language of the visited complaint section.

Piwik/Matomo's analytical cookies have been analysed by the French data protection agency (CNIL), which has considered that they they can benefit from the exemption from requesting consent. if they are configured in such a way that they meet the necessary conditions so as not to pose a risk to your privacy.

How can I change my cookie settings?

You can refuse the use of Piwik/Matomo analytics cookies by using the opt-out mechanism below (to remember your choice, we use a cookie that only records your choice to accept or reject cookies):
